First Health... All be next ...

If you have no electricity, you can survive despite inconvenience; if you have no  pucca  house, you still survive on thatched shelters; if you have bad roads, you can still communicate on the patched roads. But if you don’t have sound health, you simply lose your life. That’s what happens in villages of India....... so how best we can utilise technology to reach-out millions and to bridge the demographic divide? 1.enable all health workers across the country—around 2 million—to have data-enabled smartphones. The purpose shall be that once they have access to these devices, information, content and services will automatically flow to and from the millions. 2.software applications to monitor and track  government health programmes spread across maternal and child health, immunization, disease control, tuberculosis, supply chain, and forecasting of disease outbreaks, in addition to applications to manage health insurance, drugs and medicines, and community action by ASHA -accredited

Vote Power

What it means  of Higher voter turnout? it means end to dynasty. end of corruption.end of policy paralysis. Due to higher turnout of 66%,anti incumbency wave gained momentum to put the Modi led NDA on the pedestal of victory. What are the reasons for higher turnout? The major reasons for the polling percentage going up has been the  increased participation of women and SC&ST population and new voters. Highly urban seats recorded the lowest turnout (61.1 percent) yet. How india crippled with so called welfare schemes? what is the major massive drain on the economy without any benefits? a total of Rs.2.80 lakh crore as subsidy on food, fuel and fertilizers &MGNRE for 2014-15 . How  UPA govt under the helm of sonia  eroded our country's  systems?   stagnation in manufacturing -    The share of manufacturing in GDP fell to 15.1 per cent in 2013, which is the lowest in a decade according to the Confederation of Indian Industry. unemployment - 10 million young Indi

Hospital board-IMA AP wishes all the best to Dr.Harsha vardhan.

Congratulations  Dr Harshwardhan, You have made the whole medical fraternity proud!!

if a doctor get registered with MCI or any SMC, the doctor need not be registered again in another state where he is practising medicine.

State medical councils insist that any doctor working in the state must get registered with them. Such insistence is illegal and lacks legal reasoning or force. As per the MCI Act, 1956, a doctor registered with any one state council gets his name automatically included in the Indian Medical Register as long as he possesses a recognised medical qualifications for such registration and he is thereby entitled to practice medicine anywhere in India. Hospitals in various states often lay down a condition that a doctor applying for a job must be registered with the state medical council concerned.  This is unjust and illegal. Doctors should fight against this practice by filing a writ petition in the High Court individually or collectively. Hospitals approved by the National Board of Examinations for DNB training often lay down a condition that the applicant doctor for joining DNB training course must be registered with the state medical council concerned.  This is unjust and illegal.

Are AP private medical colleges allowed to follow in the steps of karnataka- COMED-K?

when will AFRC of A.P. state finalise medical college fees ?

As per Supreme Court ruling, the fee has to be revised for every three years. There are 24 private general medical colleges and 19 dental colleges in the A.P.state. The  Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee , headed by retired judge Justice Krishna Mohan Reddy, has to decide the fee structure for three academic years- 2014-17,which is probably hiked to the tune of 15-20 per cent (on an average) from this year. The fee structure is being divided in three categories namely A (50%Convener quota); B (10%Convener-cum-management) and C (40%management). The existing fee per annum per student is: Rs 60,000 for A; Rs 2.40 lakh for B and Rs 5.5 lakhs for C category seats.

how the indian voters decides?

its wonderful that social net work/internet has been influencing almost 40% voters in our country. especially 60%urban voters are in online contact with party leaders and get influenced but 25% of these doesn't share their opinion. 45% would like to see information online related to local issues, developmental activities and candidate or party manifestos.  39% would be open to signing up for party volunteer programs. its still amazing that rural voter have clear cut decission/ opinion about which party they are going to vote, when compared with urban voters,40% of which still not decided. For many, local candidates are as important as the party.Less important are the party leaders and the  Prime Ministerial candidate.
