Observations on the National Medical Commission Bill 2017 1.    Composition of the National Medical Commission : It is a three tier composition: a)     As per section (4) of the Bill, Composition of the National Medical Commission, which will have an effective membership of 25 of which only 5 members(Part Time) will be elected. b)    As per section (11) of the Bill, Composition of an Advisory Body to be known as the Medical Advisory Council. Totally Medical advisory council shall consists of about 60 members.All are nominated members. c)     As per section (16) of the Bill, Composition of 4 autonomous boards to be known as the UGME Board, PGME Board, MAR(Medical Assessment and Rating) Board and EMR(Ethics and Medical Registration) Board. Each board consists of 3 members only and all these members will be nominated by Central Government.Totally these four boards shall consists of 12 members. why there is huge disappointment among farmers across the country? 1. conflicts over the land and the water. 2. disparity between supportive prices for their produce  and steep inflation of goods&services they bought. 3. enormous rise in  expenditure including manual labor in agri-production. 4.  while labourers may have gained over the past few years because of rising wages, this has eroded margins of farmers.   5. Rise in  rural wages since the mid-2000s, benefiting those at the bottom of the pyramid the most and it exerted bad repercussion on the land owners in rural india. 6.  Land-owning farmers who typically employ hired labourers seem to have been hit the hardest, leading to rising discontent among them.The wage growth has outpaced MSP growth over the past decade. 7.  For crops other than rice and wheat, the MSP system is almost dysfunctional, even though MSP is declared by the government. 8. Soon we are going to see creeping of medical colleges like coaching junior colleges in every nook&corner of the country churning thousands of medical graduates in to the market. 2. as on today about 150 parliament members have high stakes in medical colleges.  We know that private medical colleges now can admit students only through NEET and they can not take donations.  Now the fees structure is as follows for PG seats in A.P.. A' convenor quota (50%) : free. B' category (20%): 6lacs/anum. C' category (15%).: 25 lacs/anum D' category: exclusively for NRIs.(15%) : 50lacs/anum. If   NMC act passed, it will  allows govt to fix fee for only 40% SEATS in private medical colleges and  the college management  are free to charge any fee for rest 60% seats.

1.ఏడాదికి రెండు సార్లు నీట్‌, జేఈఈ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించడానికి ప్రభుత్వం జాతీయ పరీక్షా సంస్థ (ఎన్‌టీఏ)ను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తుంది .  2. ప్రభుత్వం ఈ ఏడాది నీట్‌లో మైనస్‌ మార్కుల విధానాన్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. ఈ పద్ధతిలో ఒక తప్పు జవాబుకు ఒక మార్కు చొప్పున తగ్గించేస్తారు. దీని వల్ల రెగ్యులర్‌ వైద్య విద్యార్థులకంటే.. సర్వీస్‌ డాక్టర్లు ఎక్కువగా నష్టపోయే ఛాన్స్ ఉంది . 3. రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లోని మొత్తం  మెడికల్ సీట్లల్లో 30 శాతం సర్వీస్‌ అభ్యర్థులకు కేటాయింపు జరిగేది. ప్రస్తుతం రెండు తెలుగు    రాష్ట్రాలు నేషనల్‌ పూల్‌లోకి వెళ్లడం వల్ల ఈ సీట్లను ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల అభ్యర్థులకు కేటాయించాల్సి ఉంది. దీనివల్ల సర్వీస్‌ అభ్యర్థుల కోటా 15 శాతానికి పడిపోయింది.         వైద్య విద్య సీట్ల భర్తీలో 371-డి ఆర్టికల్ నుంచి ఏపీకి మినహాయింపు రావడం వలన ,   285 సీట్లు కేంద్రానికి ఇస్తే.. 4482 MBBS సీట్లు పొందే అవకాశం ఉంది. 330 పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ సీట్లు కేంద్ర కోటాకు ఇచ్చేస్తే... 7236 Medical PG సీట్లు ,మన ఆంధ్ర   విద్యార్థులు   అదనంగా పొందే అవకాశం ఉంది .     4. సర్వీస్‌ వైద్యులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్యలపై పోరాటం చేసేందుకు ద

గుజరాత్ ఎన్నికలు,ప్రధాని యొక్క సమర్ధత కు, అలాగే ఆయన తీసుకొన్న ఆర్ధిక సంస్కరణల కు   పరీక్ష. అలాగే కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ మరికొన్ని ప్రాంతీయ కుల సంఘాలతో కలిసి, కులాల వారీగా తాయిలాలు పంచుకోవడానికి     చేసిన   ప్రచారానికి కూడా ఈ ఎన్నికలు ఒక పరీక్ష.   మొన్నటివరకు హిందూత్వ ను   అతివాదం,ఉగ్రవాదం అని తెగనాడిన కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నేతలు, నేడు   గుళ్ళు గోపురాలు తిరుగుతూ హిందుత్వాన్ని కొమ్ముకాస్తామని నమ్మబలుకుతూ    చేసిన    ప్రచారం   ప్రజలు నమ్మారో లేదో తేల్చే పరీక్ష ఈ ఎన్నికలు.   వ్యక్తిగత దూషణలు అనేవి   మామూలై పోయిన ఈ రోజుల్లో,కాంగ్రెస్ వారు చేసిన దూషణలను అవకాశంగా మలచుకొని గుజరాతీయుల నందరినీ దూషించినట్లు   ప్రచారం చేసుకోవడం, అలాగే కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నాయకులు తనను చంపడానికి  పాకిస్తాన్ వారితో కుమ్మక్కు అవుతున్నారని   ప్రధాని ప్రచారం చేసుకోవడం   సమంజసమా ?కాదా?    వీటన్నింటినీ ప్రజాదర్బార్ లో తేల్చే   ఎన్నికలివి.   మోదీ సొంతరాష్ట్రంలో ఆయనకున్న ప్రజాభిమానంపై తీర్పు ఇచ్చే ఎన్నికలివి.   అలాగే కేంద్రం తీసుకొన్న ఆర్ధిక సంస్కరణలైన  " పెద్ద నోట్ల ఉపసంహరణ", పదులకొద్దీ   ఉన్న పన్నులను తీసేసి "ద
