With Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments expressing their willingness to do away with Article 371 (D) post bifurcation, 15 per cent of the medical seats in the government colleges in the two states are set to join the national pool. Once this decision is taken, students from the two Telugu states can have access to 15 per cent of medical seats in all the states in the country, except Jammu and Kashmir where Aricle 370 is applicable. what is Article 371 (D)?
