iViz portable ultrasound device .  The iViz was developed for use in environments where larger ultrasounds can be impractical, such as air ambulances, mobile clinics, and field work. The device does color Doppler, M-Mode, and comes with a 5MHz transducer already attached. It has a high resolution 7″ touchscreen, as well as HDMI out, USB port, and WiFi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. Moreover, the iViz can interface with hospital EMR systems to display and upload patient information, including ultrasound scans, effectively making it somewhat more than just a tiny portable ultrasound. Purpose of the ASTROSAT? ASTROSAT will observe universe in the optical, ultraviolet, low and high energy X-ray regions of the electromagnetic spectrum . It will s end the data  to the ground station at MOX,which  will then be processed and distributed by the Indian Space Science Data Centre (ISSDC). The 180 crore valued  and  1,513-kg satellite was launched by PSLV-C30 into a 650 km orbit inclined at an angle of 6 degree to the equator.

As per the "National health report-2015" released by "beuro of health intelligence" the human resources in health care in our country(as on december-2014) as follows- A. 9.38lac modern medical doctors. B. 6.36lacs AYUSH personnel. C. 1.54 Lacs dentists. D. 2900 Nursing&paramedic colleges having 1.20lac seats. E. 723 Pharmacy colleges with 43000 pharmacy seats. F. 7 Lac hospital beds in 20000 hospitals. G. But only 1.8 lac beds in 16000 hospitals in rural areas.

DOTS saves lives from TB mortality, but has failed to control TB. in our country, RNTCP’s budget is only $200 million.  Is the BCG vaccine is effective? No. as per the report published in the   Indian Journal of Medical Research , that the TB control project had lost the tool of primary prevention. Since 1978, the Expanded Programme on Immunisation took over BCG vaccination. Nowadays,we doctors have to be well versed with legal tangles along with updating our medical skills. the thin line between medical error and negligence is a place for all to exploit the doctors emotionally and economically. patients have the liberty to file cases against doctors in medical council,civil&criminal courts and in consumer forums. but still, the patient's attendants preferred to attack the doctors and damage the hospitals. police come in to the scene and file cases against doctors and nursing staff,even though they know very clearly that doctors can't be arrested in medical negligence cases without having valid medical board report. the police also know that there is 'medical protection act' and they have to arrest the goons and vandals under non-bailable sections. But they dont do such things saying that media and political babus doesn't like it. if any association like IMA  interferes and exert some pressure,they will file cases on 'unk
