⚖️ FMG REGISTRATION — STEP-BY-STEP LEGAL CHECKLIST

🧾 STEP 1: Identify Your Regulatory Category (CRITICAL)

Check your admission date:

  • Before 18 Nov 2021 → Governed by Screening Test Regulations, 2002

  • On/After 18 Nov 2021 → Governed by FMGL Regulations, 2021

📚 STEP 2: Assess Your “Online Classes” Exposure

Ask yourself:

  • Did you attend online classes (COVID/war period)?

    • YES → Go to Step 3

    • NO → Skip to Step 5

You must determine if your online education was physically compensated abroad.

✅ IF COMPENSATED ABROAD:

You MUST obtain:

  • Compensatory Certificate from your foreign university
