 The tuition fee for MBBS course: for ‘A’ category seats( in both private, unaided minority and non-minority colleges) : Rs.10,000/ annum and  for ‘B’ category seats : Rs.11,00,000 /anum. For ‘C’ category (NRI), it should not exceed five times maximum chargeable fee to ‘B’ category students per annum. చట్టాలను కాపాడ వలసిన ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగం నిర్లక్ష్యం తో  ,నిర్వీర్యం  గా కునారిల్లు తుంటే   నకిలీ వైద్యులు ,నకిలీ లాబ్స్  నుండి ప్రజలను ఎవరు కాపాడ గలరు ? కష్ట పడి  ఆరుగాలం శ్రమించి చదివి డాక్టర్ ఐన వారి పర్యవేక్షణ కి 27 చట్టాలు పెట్టిన ప్రభుత్వం నకిలీ సర్టి ఫికేట్ లతో వైద్యము  చేసే వారిని ,నకిలీ మందులు తయారు చేసి విక్రయించే వారిని అదుపు చేయడానికి సరైన చట్టాన్ని ఒక్కటి కూడా అమలు చేయడం లేదు . రిటైల్ మందుల దుఖాణా  లలో ఫార్మసీ చదివిన వారే మందులు అమ్మాలి . కాని ,అది ఎంతవరకు అమలవ్వు తుందో మనందరికీ తెలిసిన విషయమే ! ప్రభుత్వానికి సరైన ప్రణాళిక లేదు .  పల్లె లలో వైద్యులకొరత గురించి ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ మాట్లాడతారు గానీ , దానికి సరైన కారణం అక్కడ మెడికల్  మౌలిక సదుపాయాల( infrastructure )  కొరతే  అని ఎవ్వరూ ఎందుకు ఆలోచించరు ?   దక్షిణ భారత దేశం లో మెడికల్ కాలేజీలు పుట్ట కొక్కు ల్లా వ్యాప్తి చేస్తున్నారు . కానీ ఉత్తర మరియు తూర్పు భారతం లో  మెడికల్   కాలేజీలు  ఎందుకు  కట్టరు ? ఎప్పుడైతే వైద్య విద్య అంగట్లో సరకు గా మారిందో , వైద్య సేవలు కూడా వ్యాపార వస్తువు గా మారడం లో    వింత ఏముంది ?  ఎప్పుడైతే వైద్

why CE act is envisioned & promulgated  by the govt?  To regulate and improve quality of health care establishments/hospitals. what are the 3 objections raised by medical fraternity against this CE act? there is no mechanism for payment for the "mandatory and penniless" emergency services supposed to be rendered compulsorily  by the hospital. no categorization of hospitals. govt forcing the small,medium and corporate and rural&urban hospitals to meet the same toe of rules. No regulatory rules over the govt hospitals and AYUSH hospitals. So, is our IMA or any other medical organization, trying to force the govt to bring necessary amendments to this act? Yes. Is the supreme court passed orders to ban the strikes by doctors? No ! Is MCI ordered medical community to refrain from strikes? Yes,  through a  circular dated 22-4-2015, purportedly, (but wrongly) invoking the SC judgment in a WP filed by Dr. Kunal Saha. Has MCI has any power over the associations and their decisions? No. who petitioned in supreme court, pleading to ban the strikes by doctors?  Dr. Kunal Saha who belongs to  an NGO named as PBT. Is IMA also a party or one of the  respondent in those WPs?  Yes. IMA, was a party in the WPs. Is the IMA  sent  its strong objection by a legally drafted representation to the MCI, asking it to withdraw the circular dated 22-4-2015?  Yet not !
