• Is the supreme court passed orders to ban the strikes by doctors? No !
• Is MCI ordered medical community to refrain from strikes? Yes,  through a circular dated 22-4-2015, purportedly, (but wrongly) invoking the SC judgment in a WP filed by Dr. Kunal Saha.
• Has MCI has any power over the associations and their decisions? No.
• who petitioned in supreme court, pleading to ban the strikes by doctors? Dr. Kunal Saha who belongs to  an NGO named as PBT.
• Is IMA also a party or one of the  respondent in those WPs? Yes.IMA, was a party in the WPs.
• Is the IMA  sent  its strong objection by a legally drafted representation to the MCI, asking it to withdraw the circular dated 22-4-2015? Yet not !
