Our Chief Minister prefers River view.

Dear friends,
As per  analytical inference of various news sources, vijayawada and guntur are going to develop as twin capital cities of newly laid A.P. state.   Chief Minister is for decentralization of development but not for decentralisation of administrative capital.
The area of krishna district that has the potential to become hot property in coming decade,is the entire triangular region between nandigama to nuzvid to challapalli, which has median aerial distance of below 50km from vijayawada.

The Triangular area between kondapalli, gannavaram and vyuuru has immediate potential of reality, which has median aerial distance below 25km from vijayawada.
kondapalli,agiripalli,gannavaram,kankipadu,royyuru are hot zones now.

The area comprising between  guntur, tenali, anantavaram and krishna river, that includes mangalagiri, tadepalli and numerous villages, is the most happening place in guntur district.

  • Ever day nearly 60,000 vehicles pass through the Benz Circle where the Madras and hyderabad highways crisscross.
  • According to the AP State Remote Sensing Centre of Planning department, Tadepalli has a huge chunk of wasteland, which can host several capital buildings.

  •  In Guntur district alone 21,595 acre of land has been identified. Remote sensing mapping shows that except for miniscule parts of Tenali, the entire capital region will not be affected by cyclone and heavy winds.
  • “Around 10,000 acre of government land is available on both sides of the river. Our Chief Minister is very particular about the river view. This part of the river is perennial due to storage at the Prakasam barrage. If this option doesn’t work out, we have the Nuzivid area where 30,000 acre of government land is readily available.
  • Telugu Desam government has decided to go ahead with the “Greater Capital Administrative Region” within the Outer Ring Road of the VGTM UDA area. The 192.5-km ORR cuts at Tullur in guntur side and at Gannavaram in krishna side.
  • In the 14 mandals falling within the ORR limits of Guntur district in the VGTM UDA area, there is around 21595 acre of land. In Krishna district, 47,500 hectare of forest land is available of which 30 per cent is under encroachment.

The newly proposed capital area has -  potential international air port,
it would be near to coming bandar port,
it has two National high ways.
it has two trans river bridges.
