what our MOH has been doing to our adolescent citizens?

1. Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health (ARSH): to change the health seeking
 behaviour of adolescents ,this program focuses on their reproductive and sexual health, 
through the Peer Educators at village level and 5207 fixed day clinics, counselling
 services and routine check-up of married and unmarried adolescents, girls and boys.
 2. Weekly Iron and Folic Acid Supplementation (WIFS)
Programme has been implemented across the country both rural and urban areas and 
will cover 13 crores adolescents - 6 crore girls and boys enrolled in class VI-XII of 
government and government aided school and 7 crores out of school girls. 
Programme has been launched in 19 states.  
3. Scheme for Promotion of Menstrual Hygiene (MHS): for the age group of 10-19 years in rural areas. The scheme is being implemented in 152 districts across 20 states in the country. 
 The sanitary napkin packs (containing 6 pieces each) is branded as ‘Freedays’.
