                            IMA AP State’s Clear Position

IMA AP State unequivocally submits:

1. No meeting should deliberate on integration of unqualified persons.

2. No proposal for bridge course / certification is legally sustainable.

3. Primary care must be delivered only by registered medical practitioners.

4. Rural healthcare strengthening must focus on:

o Recruitment of MBBS doctors

o Incentivized rural postings

o Telemedicine support

o Strengthening PHCs

                           IMA AP State respectfully demands:

1. Immediate withdrawal of DME proceedings dated 06-02-2026 .

2. Public clarification that only qualified, registered practitioners can practice modern

medicine.

3. Assurance that no policy contrary to the NMC Act will be framed.

Failing which, IMA AP State reserves the right to initiate appropriate constitutional and legal remedies
