టీకాలంటే తెలియనిది ఎవరికి ? ప్రతి వారికీ టీకా యెక్క   గొప్పతనం తెలుసు. కానీ టీకా వేసుకోవాలంటే కొందరికి ముఖ్యంగా పిల్లలకు భయం,పెద్దలకు నిర్లక్ష్యం.     టీకాలంటే హాని చేయని రోగకారక సూక్ష్మజీవులను శరీరంలోకి చొప్పించి, (ఇంజెక్షన్లు, నోటిలో వేసే చుక్కలు, ఇతరత్రా) రోగ నిరోధక శక్తిని కలిగించడమే.    రోగ నోరోధక వ్యవస్థను పునరుత్తేజ   పరిచేదే టీకా   ! ఎన్నో కోట్లరకాల   వైరస్   , బాక్తీరియా లలో   ఏవో కొన్ని మాత్రమే మానవ రోగ నిరోధక వ్యవస్థను ప్రభావితం చేసి రోగ లక్షణాలను కలిగిస్తాయి. ఏ వైరస్ నుండి రక్షణ కావాలో ఆ వైరస్ లోని ఏదో ఒక అణువు -    అమైనో యాసిడ్ లేదా కార్బో హైడ్రేట్ అణువును గానీ లేదా నిర్వీర్యం చేయబడిన వైరస్ లేదా బాక్టెరియాను గానీ యాంటీ జెన్ (   టీకా ) గా ఉపయోగిస్తారు.       ఏదైనా ఒక రోగానికి ఒకసారి యాంటీబాడీలు ఏర్పడ్డ తర్వాత, అదే రోగ క్రిములు మరోసారి శరీరంలోకి ప్రవేశించినపుడు యాంటీబాడీలు పునరుత్పత్తయ్యి యాంటీ జెన్ ‌లను నిర్వీర్యం చేసి, శరీరాన్ని రోగం నుండి కాపాడతాయి. ఇలాంటి రోగ నిరోధకశక్తిని 'చురుకైన రోగ నిరోధకశక్తి' (యాక్టివ్‌ ఇమ్యునైజేషన్‌) గా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.  

NMC Act&rules Enforcement. As stipulated u/s 1(3) of the NMC Act, all sections shall be duly notified before they are enforced. It means, unless these sections are notified precisely, they will not be enforced. Enforcement of NMC Act :  Though the NMC Act has been notified  vide  Gazette Notification dated August 8, 2019, Section 1(3) of the said Act provides that: " It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision ." ·          Act has been notified for general information on August 8, 2019 and ·          On August 9, 2019 Govt requested all States to nominate representatives for the Medical Advisory Council.   ·          MOH
