Law ministry, MHA ask health ministry to revisit provisions of draft bill on violence against docs The health ministry intends to introduce in the ongoing session of Parliament the Health Services Personnel and Clinical Establishments (Prohibition of Violence and Damage to Property) Bill, 2019 that seeks to punish people who assault on-duty doctors and other healthcare professionals by imposing a jail term of up to 10 years. Citing certain ambiguities and loopholes, the ministries of home affairs and law and justice have asked the  health ministry  to revisit some of the provisions in a draft legislation that seeks to check violence against medical professionals, officials said. మన రాష్ట్ర ప్రజానీకానికేకాదు 130కోట్ల భారతీయులకు   మహాప్రమాదం పొంచివుంది. ఆ మహమ్మారి మరేదో కాదు. మనందరికీ బాగాతెలిసిన దే ! దానిపేరు ,"ఆంటీబయాటిక్ నిరోధకత". ఇది సూక్ష్మజీవులవల్ల,వైరస్ వల్ల , జీవనశైలి ద్వారా వచ్చేది కాదు. ఇది కేవలం మన ప్రభుత్వాల అలసత, నిర్లక్ష్యం వలన, మన అమాయక ప్రజల అవగాహనాలోపం వలన , వాటిల్లుతున్న మహమ్మారి. ఇదేమిటి ,వీరేం తప్పుచేశారు. చెబుతా!  వేలాది మంది అర్హత ఉన్న వైద్యులు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నా, నకిలీ వైద్యులు అనగా వైద్యార్హతలేని వ్యక్తుల చేత వైద్యం చేయించుకోవడం వలన , నకిలీ వైద్యులను శిక్షించి అదుపు చేయవలసిన ప్రభుత్వాలు మిన్నకుండిపోవడం వలన అడ్డు అదుపూ లేకుండా నకిలీ వైద్యులు పేట్రేగిపోతూ ప్రజారోగ్యాన్ని సర్వనాశనం చేస్తున్నారు. తెలిసీ తెలియని వైద్యం తో స్టెరాయిడ్స్ ,ఆంటీ బయాటిక్స్ ఎడా పెడా వాడేయడం వలన ,ఆంటీబయాటిక్ నిరోధకత" పెరిగి,   ,జబ్బులు ముదిరిపోవడం, ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తున్న అనేక పబ్లిక్ హెల్త్ ప్రోగ్రామ్స్ విఫలమవ్వడం మనం చూస్తున్నాం. వైద్య అర్హతలేని (నకిలీ వైద్యులు) వ్యక్తులు గ్రామాలలో,పట్టణాలలోనేకాదు నగరాలలో కూడా లక్షలమంది వైద్యం చేసేస్తున్నారు.
