IMA STRONGLY condemns the violence against hospitals, staff&
Doctors. IMA earnestly appealing to all police station house officers to file
hospital violence cases under following sections. Adding to it, police could
file cases as per the A.P. state medical
protection act no11 of 2008.
Hospital violence cases should be booked under cognizable
and non-bailable criminal sections. The property loss should be compensated
under revenue recovery act.
