Hospital owners having employees on their rolls should contribute 4.75 % towards ESI Fund.

But,from 1-1-2017 onwards,this is applicable to all employees drawing salary Rs.21000/- or less.
with this rise in the wage threshold, Hospital's financial burden will be increased.
