Can a doctor be the proprietor or owner or partner or director of a medical stores while 1) doing private medical practice & 2) not practising? 
>>> Yes.
If yes, does he need to employ a pharmacist mandatorily for registration & dispensing purpose? 
>>> Yes.
 Or can he do that in his own name by employing a non pharmacist servant & selling drugs under his own supervision as Pharmacology is a part of his curriculum? 
>> No
If a doctor acquires additional qualification like D.Pharm / B.Pharm/ M.Pharm. etc, can he practice both professions simultaneously?
>>> Apparently, Yes.
Is it illegal or unethical to do both things at a time? 
>>> Apparently, No. 
If he is practising or not practising medicine does he need to surrender his medical council registration before owning a medical shop?
>>> No.
MCI allows a practising doctor to do any legal business simultaneously, but does Pharmacy council allow the same? 
>>> Apparently, Yes.
If he is into both professions at a time, is it necessary for him to inform Medical & Pharmacy council both?
>>> No.
