supreme court paves way for NEET exam :

on october 1st.2015,MCI at its general body meet approved a joint proposal of MOH&MCI to have NEET exam. 

Now, today,11-4-2016, the apex court also allows NEET for medical&dental UG&PG courses.

so, Now the ball is in govt court.
