మనకు ఉన్న ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేస్ హాస్పిటల్ నమోదు చట్టం లాంటిదే ఇది .
కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం 2010 లో క్లినికల్ ఎస్టా బ్లిష్ మెంట్ చట్టాన్ని తీసు కొచ్చింది .
ఏయే రాష్ట్రాలలో వారి సొంత రాష్ట్ర హాస్పిటల్ రిజి స్ట్రేషన్ చట్టం లేదో , అక్కడ కేంద్ర చట్టాన్ని అమలు చేస్తారు .
అంతే కాదు . మిగతా రాష్ట్రాల వారు కూడా కేంద్ర చట్టాన్ని వారి వారి అసెంబ్లీ లలో పాస్ చేసుకొని అమలు చేయ వచ్చు . ఇప్పుడు మన ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆ దిశగా ఆలోచన చేస్తున్నట్లుగా అభిజ్ఞ వర్గాల ద్వారా
వచ్చిన బో గట్టా !
మన IMA దాని కి కొన్ని సవరణలను సూచించింది . సవరించిన చట్టాన్ని మాత్రమే మనం అంగీక రిస్తాం .
చిన్న చిన్న హాస్పిటల్స్ ,క్లినిక్స్ లను ఈ చట్ట పరిధి నుండి తొల గించ మని మన ప్రధాన డిమాండ్ .
ఇంకా కొన్ని డిమాండ్స్ ఉన్నాయి . వాటిని మన ప్రభుత్వం ముందర పెట్టి సన్నకారు హాస్పిటల్స్ కష్టాలు గట్టె క్కించాలని మన IMA ప్రయత్నం . దీనికి మీ అందరి సహకారం ఉండాలి .

currently ap medical council is asking doctors to renew our permanent registration every 5 years and 30 cme credit hours during these 5years are mandatory for renewal, so it would be helpful if IMA or ntruhs or APMC can publish the calendar of cme events in various colleges or institutes of AP or anywhere in india. so that we can attend those programs.it is very difficult to find when cme programmes are going to happen,especially for doctors working in peripheries and not in cities. so either IMA or NTRUHS or AP medical council should publish the calendar for CMEs which are accredited by AP medical council.plz respond to my suggestion. the maharashtra medical council is posting the CMEs accredited by them on website, karnataka medical council is all set for online cme programmes. these developments should inspire the IMA-AP,APMC, NTRUHS to help the doctors from ap get their cme credits.
