1--Not allowing legal defence to accused doctors in medical council complaints.

2--Forcing multiple SMC registration upon doctors.

3--Permitting AYUSH to practice allopathy.

4--Permitting AYUSH and nurses and ANMs to perform abortions under the MTP Act.

5--Not permitting legally qualified doctors to be enrolled in the bar without quitting medical practice.

6--Forcing doctors and hospitals to provide free service as per section 12(2) of the CEA, 2010.

7--Removing the name of the RMP from medical register if involved in a PNDT case.
