The union health ministry has issued a public notice rendering void an earlier MCI decision(dated April 9, 2014), that tried to make DNB (Diplomate of National Board) holders ineligible to teach without their doing three more years of training in a recognized medical college.The MOH went on to add: “Such kind of instructions of MCI are illegal and against to the IMC Act 1956.
