prescription to our govt?

To develop our country what we should have?
The growth of any country depends on the networks it is able to build to connect its people. 
We need road, railway,communications (telephone, telex, E-Mail, Voice Mail) and computer networks.
With our capabilities in satellite building & launching and IT skills, we can put minimum one computer in every village and link it to the rest of the world.

Yes,we are in dire need of basic necessities- electricity, education,sanitation and drinking water,which  are not yet met. But it is not necessary to wait till the basic needs are met to
go for higher order needs.

The country need to encourage entrepreneurs who work hard and create wealth for themselves, within the legal and ethical framework. They, in turn, create wealth for others and the nation.

The first priority of the govt should be more on growth rather than distribution of wealth.

• Development of technology,
• Better governance and
• encouragement of entrepreneurship --- These three measures not only eradicate the poverty but also make india a super power.

all these things must be played in rural areas.
villages must upgrade as places where this drama of development of humanity unfolds....
