 it was clarified by the Medical Council that a ‘Registered Society’/‘Registered Society of Doctors’ does not come under the purview/scope/ambit of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 or the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002.

2. Is it ethical or  unethical to do stem cell therapy in fields where it is not recommended by ICMR ?

           3. Entire medical fraternity is against CPA act Implications -The medical fraternity wants the Consumer Protection Act to be amended and also a cap to be placed on the maximum compensation that can be demanded and awarded in cases of medical negligence.
