in this context, IMA maharashtra & IMA H.Q. should file a WP against Maharashtra government praying the Hon'ble HC to quash Gazette Notification dated 25-11-1992 which allows vaids and hakims to practice allopathy. Definitely this recent order will support such a WP in addition to various other legal supports available.
