What the IMA can do?

• IMA can  File a petition to get a review of the judgment given in WP filed by Meenakshi Gautam in Delhi High Court.
• National IMA can challenge as a petitioner in any court-either in Delhi high court or in any high court of other states, against CE Act.
• IMA can have a talk with NBE to increase the pass percentage of DNB candidates.
• IMA has to work proactively with the MOH in filling rural vacuum of human resources in health care and assist with disaster management /medical emergency team of the govt.IMA has to structure and incept the disaster management teams,emergency epidemic teams in all its 1800 local branches.
