Medical Council of India approves 3-and-a-half-year PARA-Medical course

Calling it BSc in Community Health, it will be open to anybody after class 12 and will be  introduced the course from April next year (2013).
this cadre can actually diagnose and treat basic medical cases, get involved in immunization programmes and administer extended first aid.

IS it MEDICAL OR PARAMEDICAL COURSE?
are these graduates registered with MCI or paramedical council ? who will maintain their register?
are these graduates are titled and called as doctors or non-physician health workers?
Are these deliver only  first-aid services or allowed to prescribe medicines?
are these posted exclusively in  rural areas or allowed even in urban areas?
are these graduates encouraged to promote in to main stream medical sector by conducting bridge course?
These are not CLARIFIED by the MOH..
IMA ,Medical universities  along with number of medical academicians DEMANDING  immidiate clarification from MOH.
As MCI Is  framed the curriculum for this course , every one is suspecting that this course may be termed as medical course.
to this day, MCI has been dealing with medical courses only. it never deals with paramedical courses.
the details of this course still not revealed either by the govt or by the MCI.
