The cross section opinion strongly recommends to file writ petitions in those states where CE ACT is notified and already implementing .
it will benefit not only those states but the entire country if we got stay order in any high court.

ReplyDeleteAs some days back a news came in leading newspaper-- that Clinical establishment act is ready and to be implemented in december in rajasthan.
My querry is-- What IMA is going to take next step against it, before it is implemented.
Someone told me that some other state IMA branch (not rajasthan) is going to file WP against CEA , through Dr M.C Gupta -- i found address ..(G- 17/9, Malviya Nagar ,Ph: 011-26681342 , New Delhi 110017,Mobile: 9999333801 .(leading medicolegal expert from new delhi).
What will be fate our small one room clinics and small nursing homes if it is impleneted.
We are ready to contribute towards fee for this petition against CEA.
